Regulation 34 of the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations (GNR982) (EIA Regulations) promulgated under the National Environmental Management Act (Act 107 of 1998- NEMA) requires PetroSA to ensure that compliance with the Environmental Authorisation (EA) and approved Environmental Management Programme (EMPr) is independently audited. Environmental Impact Management Services (Pty) Ltd (EIMS), has completed the Regulation 34 compliance audits. As required by Regulation 34(6) of the EIA Regulations these reports are available below for download.
